Flowr Assist is off by default. An administrator turns it on or off for the whole organisation, and while it is off no project data reaches an AI provider — including on your own provider key.
Project AI is available from Business, and the portfolio AI digest from Scale. Flowr Assist is off until an administrator enables it, and switching it off again stops every AI request at the server. Every suggestion is a draft you review, a monthly allowance applies, and an administrator can point Flowr at your own provider key instead, in which case you pay that provider directly.
Bring us the identity and assurance questions early. Flowr signs in with Google and Microsoft accounts today and does not yet offer SSO, SAML or SCIM, and there is no service-level agreement. Ask before you plan around it.
