Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Flowr: this website, and the Flowr application when your organisation has been given access to it.

By requesting early access, creating an organisation, or using the application, you agree to these Terms.

2. Early access

Flowr is a working product and is offered on an early-access basis. Access is granted by invitation rather than immediate self-service sign-up: you request access, we send you an invite, and you create your workspace from it.

Features may change or be added, and some are limited by the plan you are on. We publish what Flowr does not do alongside what it does, and we will tell you when something you rely on changes.

3. Your organisation and your data

A workspace belongs to your organisation. The project data you enter — plans, budgets, timesheets, risks, status reports and the audit history behind them — remains yours.

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter, for who you invite, and for the roles and access you grant them. Flowr separates each organisation's data at the database level and enforces access by role.

You can export your organisation's data as JSON at any time, without asking us.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Plans are subscribed monthly or annually and are priced per plan, not per user. Each plan includes a stated number of users and concurrent projects, published on the pricing page.

Card details are collected when your subscription is created. Every new subscription starts with a 14-day trial, which begins when the workspace is created. The first charge is taken at the end of that trial.

Changing plan takes effect immediately and the difference is prorated by our payment provider. Cancelling stops the subscription at the end of the period you have already paid for; you keep access until then, and you can undo a cancellation before it takes effect.

If a payment fails, access continues while the payment provider retries. Access is suspended once a subscription is no longer active or paid.

5. Availability

Flowr does not currently offer a service-level agreement. We do not guarantee a level of availability, a recovery time, or uninterrupted access.

What we do publish is what we have measured and rehearsed, and we say plainly where a figure came from.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use Flowr to store unlawful content, attempt to access another organisation's data, or interfere with the operation of the service.

We may suspend access where use threatens the service or other customers.

7. Intellectual property

All content, branding and technology related to Flowr remain the property of Flowr. You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute any part of the product without permission.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of your project data to us.

8. Artificial intelligence

AI assistance is optional and is included only on the plans that list it. An administrator can disable it for the whole organisation, after which no AI request can be made.

When it is used, project information is sent to an external model provider to produce a suggestion. The privacy policy sets out what is sent and to whom. Suggestions are drafts: nothing reaches a report until a person accepts it.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Where a change materially affects how you use Flowr or what you pay, we will tell you rather than relying on you noticing this page.
