What counts as an active user?
Any team member who logs into Flowr at least once during a billing month. If someone doesn't log in, you're not charged for them.
How does the free trial work?
You get 14 days free on any plan. A credit card is required upfront — you won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing settings. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
What happens if I cancel?
Your subscription ends at the end of the current billing period. Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation.
